Whoops! I made a mistake in my order (typo or incorrect details)

Please contact us right away so we can fix that for you! After 24 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited timespan of placing your oder.

Please keep in mind we cannot make any changes after the order has entered production.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our personalized products, Celebration Sign Shop does not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Each sign is made to order. 

We do allow order cancellations if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your custom order. After 24 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited timespan of placing your order. Once an order has begun production, we can no longer cancel it.

Can I see a proof of how my sign will look before shipping?

Yes, of course! We offer live previews of most of our products so that you can see the design before your sign before placing your order.

What are holiday shipping cutoff times?

Order by December 10th to ensure your best chance to get your gifts by December 23! 

How long will it take to get my order?

There are two stages after you order. Let's break it down for you!

Phase 1: Product Production

After placing your order, your sign goes into production and it takes an average of 3-5 business days to be created.

Phase 2: Shipping

Then, shipping itself can vary depending on your location:

  • Standard: 5-8 business days in the US

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping to the continental United States.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

Yes, you can! If you spot a typo in your shipping address or you just want to change where your order will be delivered, just contact us to make the switch. 

Please keep in mind however that we cannot change your shipping address after your order has been produced and shipped.

Does the product come with mounting hardware?

No, mounting hardware is NOT included. But you can easily find nails or screws at any local hardware store.

What sizes and colors do you offer?

Our signs are available in 4 sizes: 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”. *Selected size is based on the maximum height or width of the sign depending on physical orientation

Our signs are made with 18 gauge steel and powder coated for durability, which is why we offer a 10 year quality guarantee against defects.
